The 2010 Knowledge Sharing Program(KSP) Policy Practitioner's Workshop and Interim Reporting Seminar for Ghana, hosted by Ministry of Strategy and Finance(MOSF) and implemented by Korea Institute for Development Strategy (KDS), was held in Grand Ambassador hotel Seoul, Korea, from January 16 to 22, 2011.
The purpose of the 2010 KSP Policy Practitioner's Workshop for Ghana was to help the understanding of Ghanian delegation on Korea's budget accounting system by visiting government institutions related to budget accounting system.

Furthermore, Interim Reporting Seminar was held on January 18, 2011, with the purpose of providing political suggestions on "Reform of PFM" to the Ghanian delegation. At the meeting, Korean experts and delegation suggested policy recommendations to improve usefulness and feasibility of the KSP project.
On the last day of the workshop, Korean experts and Ghanian participants had a wrap-up session for policy practitioners’ workshop. Furthermore, participants and Korean experts discussed means and ways to reform public finance management of Ghana based on Korea’s experience, including effective implementation for national budget and accounting system of Ghana.
