As part of ‘(KSP-CAF Joint Consulting) Support for Improving the Quality and Relevance of TVET in Peru’, the Korea Institute for Development Strategy (KDS) conducted three final dissemination workshops in Lima and Arequipa, Peru, from January 12th to 15th in 2015, with experts in the fields of TVET and five industries including mining, textile, agriculture, tourism and gastronomy.
The purposes of the final dissemination workshops were to share the result of the final report to CAF staffs and TVET-related stakeholders in Peru, to collect the comments from public and private stakeholders, and to discuss the follow-up project with central/local government officials.
With more than 50 policy-makers and TVET experts in the public and private sector of Peru, in the workshop, there were plenty of questions, answers and debates about the challenges of Peru’s TVET system and policy recommendations which were provided by the KSP experts in the final report.
