This project aims to strengthen the foundation for capacity development of the software engineers in Rwanda through support of the “Rwanda Coding Academy” established by the Rwanda government, and to contribute to the development of the ICT industry and economy in Rwanda. The components of the project are divided into mainly three; 1) support for RCA construction and equipment supply, 2) establishment of certification for RCA graduates and developing a quality assurance/scholarship policy, and 3) capacity development for RCA operation and enhancement of educational effectiveness. |
