KDS has conducted a demand survey and pilot study from 17th to 23rd July in Lima within the framework of "2012 Knowledge Sharing Program with Peru".
The field research was implemented to set the specific objectives & the scope of the consultation, and to discuss the comprehensive schedule of this year's KSP. The group visited CEPLAN(National Centre of Strategic Planning), counterpart of the program and related institutions such as PRODUCE(Ministry of Production), CITE(Technological Innovation Centres) and Sierra Exportadora in order to give shape to research direction of the program and to request a cooperation.
The 2012 KSP for Peru is going to propose pilot projects in the area of coffee, alpaca and auto-part industry utilizing TIP(Technology Innovation Park) and agro-industrial complex based on the research outcomes of the 2011 KSP. The second field research will be conducted from 12th to 19th August.
