KDS is an independent international development think-tank and consultancy based in Seoul that provides project management, research, strategy consulting, and capacity building on poverty reduction and sustainable economic and social development for developing countries.

KDS and Palladium have agreed to work together in making Positive Impact – creating enduring social & economic value, by bringing corporations, governments, foundations, investors, communities and civil society together, to formulate strategies and implement solutions that generate lasting social, environmental and financial benefits in South Korea and elsewhere.
